我練坐功身體會震動得很厲害,動完以後覺得很舒服。 接下來我練站功,因為工作忙所以我晚上睡前練, 大概練半小時到一小時,我越練身體的震動就越來越厲害,一個禮拜之後我的全身肌肉緊繃,然後我的手會打我的身體,之後全身覺得很舒服。

大師講評:

這叫「自我點穴治療」,在這個時候要謝謝老師,不要害怕,害怕就不好了,聽懂嗎?你很勇敢,老師佩服你。你練功全身調節,因為過去廢氣太多,生活不注意,家裡住的環境空氣不好,所以你污染太厲害。當你被開發了以後,撐筋、拔骨、排氣你都有,以後把肌肉放鬆,你的肚子就會收進去了。大家注意聼,凡是動功動過的肌肉就會覺得酸酸的, 酸是好的過程,要是覺得酸就發愁了,就會越來越酸。如果你放鬆了,沒有這種感覺,信息自然就會把它調整好,保證你不酸。你練5分鐘就夠了不用太貪。不要追求。自我拍打是勞宮穴互撞的能量,自我按摩,你過去著涼多,緊張,愛出汗,又虛,你好多毛病,聽懂了嗎?現在正在自我調整。

我是從溫哥華開了三天車來的。上次上課的時候,我的手掌特別的黑,所以我想我的毒素特別多,因此常做排氣的動作,我常常對著大樹排氣。 我對排氣很敏感,我一拉手指就有一種粗粗的感覺。 我的心臟不太好,睡覺容易驚醒,我以前睡覺都只能往右邊躺,不能往左邊,往左邊躺就會有緊繃的感覺。 自從我練了睡功以後,睡覺舒服了,也可以往左躺睡覺。所以我現在很堅持排氣,先倒掉垃圾,然後再採氣,我都記住老師的話:不要害怕,要放鬆,我的手指很有感覺,很敏感。 謝謝大師。

你是亞健康,很多地方都有毛病,練功調節你的肝、肺及脾胃。慢慢的都會好的。 為你祝福,為你高興。

三個星期前上了初級班後,我回家基本上每天都有練功。我採氣的時候,手一放就開始麻,麻的地方慢慢往上走,最近我感覺,我的氣隨著呼吸有推拉的感覺,只要心裏想準備要練功了,不用把手拿起來,手就立刻有麻和漲的感覺。

大師講評:

這叫「內氣外氣相結合」, 你與大宇宙相結合了,非常好。你不練自通,很棒。 有的人一見我面,馬上他都會了,會走氣,會穿越,能治病,我沒有教過他,為什麼呢? 他屬於特異體質功能的人, 他接受我的信息了,在我跟他談話當中,他接到我的信息了,不學自通。 你則是通過開發以後才有的,現在也已經達成了不學自通,會越來越好,不要害怕,老師會幫助你調整,往正道裏走。不要貪,練習三分五分鐘就夠了,不要練一個鐘頭。

When I was practicing sitting posture, my body shook intensely. I felt very comfortable after the movements stopped. Afterwards, I continued to practice standing position. Due to my busy work schedule, I would practice before the bed time for approximately a half to a hour. The more I practiced, the more my body would shake. My body tightened after a week. During the practice, my hands would pat my body. I felt relaxed and very comfortable afterwards.
Master’s Comments:

This phenomenon is called “healing via self-stimulation of acupoints”. When this occurs, you as a student should thank me, your teacher. Do not panic, when this phenomenon happens. Because once you panic, it leads to a negative direction. I admire your courage to keep up the practice even with this phenomenon. Your entire body went through the process of major detoxification. You were toxic in the past and not aware of your bad living habits and the effects of poor air circulation in your living environment. Since I’ve opened your meridians, your joints started to strengthen and became more flexible. You’ve also gained the ability to expel bad Qi. Relax your muscles and your gut will eventually flatten. All cases of spontaneous movement during Qigong practice will lead to some feelings of soreness afterwards. This is actually a really good phase to go through. However, if you start to be concerned about the soreness, the soreness will worsen. Instead, if you relax and not focus on the soreness, the information (Xinxi) will naturally adjust you towards normalcy. I guarantee you won’t feel sore. You should reduce the practice to 5 minutes only, and don’t be greedy. Avoid pursuing more. The self-patting was the Lao Gong giving you power to massage your body. In the past, you used to catch a lot of cold Qi. It led you to be nervous, sweaty and felt weak. You had a lot of problems in the past. You’re now in the process of self-healing.
Student 5 sharing:
I drove 3 days from Vancouver. During the class, I found the color of my palms were black. I thought I had a lot of toxin. Therefore, I frequently practice detoxification method (Pai Du / Pai Qi – expel toxin “Bad Qi”). I often Pai Qi (detox)in front of a large tree. I am very sensitive when I Pai Qi (detox). When I pull my fingers, they felt rough. My heart is not very well. I often awake with a start. I was only able to sleep on my right side because my heart felt tight while sleeping on my left. Ever since I started to practice in lying position, I slept much better and felt comfortable. I could sleep on my left side too! Therefore, I persistently Pai Qi (detox), just like dumping the trash first then Collecting Qi (Cai Qi). I remember Master Zhao’s words: Don’t be afraid, be relaxed. My fingers became very sensitive with strong feelings. Thank you, Master Zhao.
Master’s Comments:
You are in a state of subhealth, which it means you have many problems. Practicing Qigong will make adjustments to your liver, lungs, spleen and digestion functions. You will recover gradually. I am happy for you and wish you the best.
Student 6 sharing:
After attending the Beginning Qigong class three weeks ago, I’ve been practicing almost every day. When I was Collecting Qi (Cai Qi), I felt numbness in the hands. The numbness moved upwards from hands to arm and then body. Lately, I felt my Qi move in sync with my breathing. It was like the Qi were pushing and pulling on its own. The numbness and swelling in the fingers and hands comes naturally whenever I start to think about practicing Qigong. There is no need to put my hands in any postures to start.

Master’s Comments:
This is called “Combined internal Qi with external Qi”. You and the universe are combined. It is exceptionally good that you connected it automatically. That’s awesome! There are some people who can get it right away just by meeting me. They start to have Qi flow, get in sync with the universe and have the ability to use Qi to heal others even though I never taught them Qigong. Why is this? These people are born with special abilities. They can receive my Xinxi (information) while I’m talking to them. They received my Xinxi (information) naturally without the need of being taught. Your abilities were initiated by me. You now have reached the level of learning without instructions. You will become better in time. Do not be afraid. I, as your teacher, will tune you up and lead you to the right path. Don’t be greedy, practice 3 to 5 minutes daily should be sufficient for you. Do not practice for a hour.
